All websites are to be immediately removed and the domains suspended

with in the next 3 business days or legal actions can be taken by Mr.

Baillie

against any ISP who continues to provide storage and bandwidth for these

websites. Please see that these sites and domains are immediately

removed and all copyright violations immediately cease and decist.

With you being the registar godaddy.com you can suspend the domain from

your registry immediately and I expect this to

be promptly done with in the next 3 business days. The domains for

jamiebaillie.com and john-oliver.net need to be immediately suspended

and that the ISP shut down the websites which are in violation of the

law.

A copy of the orginal complaint is bellow which was sent July 21 2005.

Icann.org your registar has repeatly been contacted and is ignoring all

cease and desist orders. I expect that these domains will be immediately

suspended. If your registar is not willing to do so then I expect that

immediately action be taken against your registrar and that they be

removed as an offical ICANN registar.

Continued support for a website and allowing the domain name to be

active is unacceptable and this needs to be immediately resolved

before legal action is taken.

Even though it is true that they are not hosting the website directly

they are the registar and can suspend an account which they find to be

in violation of

the copyright laws and defamitory, which Wild West Domains seems to

refuses to do so. The ISP has also been contacted but is a friend of

person running the

website and will not remove the website the upstream Williams

Communications Inc. has been totally unresponsive and thier legal

department

has already repeatly been contacted.

Complaints have been sent on April 6 2004, July 12 2005, July 19 2005.

It is unacceptable behaviour for a Registrar such as Wild West Domains

(AKA Godaddy) to not suspend a domain which is in violation of the law.

Wild West Domains Inc. has refused all requests to have this domain

suspended from thier service. So I am making a formal complaint against

Wild West Domains Inc.

and need you to intervene in this matter. This domain needs to be

immediately removed or it does leave the option for legal actions by Mr.

Baillie

against Wild West Domains Inc. and the ICANN Organization.

Wild West domains has also been contacted in the past already by ICANN

and nothing has been done in this matter. So please do not say you are

going to

contact the registar. That has done nothing in this matter. The registar

refuses to co-operate in this matter complaints have repeatly been sent

and are ignored
